    Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman Kate Carnell said Sunday's Grattan Institute report, which argued lowering childcare costs would allow more women to pursue paid work and help lift the economy out of recession, made a "clear case" for affordable childcare.

    Daily briefs: APRA gets back to policy agenda

    APRA announced it would restart consultation on selected policy reforms and begin a phased resumption of issuing new licenses, after delaying the practices in March and April due to the pandemic.
